Password Strength Validator (PWSV)

A playful way that reminds you: never enter your real password on sites you do not trust!

What is PWSV?

Password Strength Validator is a fun way designed to warn against entering real passwords on untrusted websites. Instead of checking password strength, it instantly clears your input, shows a warning message with a GIF, that if you are old enough, you will know where it is from (all rights reserved to their owners ;)). However, there are many useful ways to make sure that your password is strong enough, simply use a password manager and use a unique password for each site.

you can also check your password in leaks through multiple ways, such as Have I Been Pwned. You can also try PwnedCheck, a simple tool I made to check if your password is in the Pwned Passwords database through HIBP API.

Why?

Many people reuse passwords or enter them on sites they shouldn't trust. This is a friendly joke and a security reminder: never enter your real password on sites you do not trust!
